We are having a little trouble with Stripe, our preferred payment gateway, due to a major data breach that affected two of Australia's largest companies. (Medibank - health insurance, and Optus, telecommunications.) As millions of customers were involved they have had to reissue documents such as drivers licences and passports meaning my new drivers licence with my new address will take 8-12 weeks. So no acceptable id for Stripe.
We'll update when it's all sorted.
