Airzone
Airzone was established in 1925 starting out in the Crystal Set era.
The company was a major radio maker by 1937, known for quality & innovation. Acquired by E.M.A.I.L. in 1946, their manufacturing had merged with Philco by 1948. Airzone's success transcended brands, producing sets for others too—companies like Malvern Star, early Mullard, and Peal. Radio production under the Airzone brand ended in 1955. However, AWA briefly continued making Airzone-branded radios & TVs.
