National Panasonic

This is an 8 transistor, 3 band radio. Matsushita made a few variations of this radio over the years. This falls in the middle of the period. It uses the fonts from the R-100, but the National Panasonic logo is the more modern type face.

Whilst it is a battery only set, and only has a tone switch, it does have fine tuning and provision for an external antennae.

This was give to me early in 2022 along with a 1960s Philips radiogram, by someone downsizing their home.

Radio is untested as the battery cells have leaked at some stage.
