Stromberg Carlson 37A11

This is a straightforward Clock Radio using the American clock that is rivetted (the Smiths clocks from England were bolted).

The mulicoloued badge is a nice touch.

Although it looks to be in good condition, the top has been painted. It is missing the original knobs.

This example came from a HRSA auction.

It used the 6BE6, 6N8, and 6BM8 valves and a diode rectifier. (18Ra 1.1.1.81) Colours available were Burgundy, Ivory, Red, Grey or Black.
