The SG-3060S is a fairly rare 3 in 1 from Matsushita. It's from 1978. The speakers have long gone. There was another one in Perth many years ago.

The unit combined a reasonable quality cassette recorder, with a turntable, and interesting radio.

I picked this up during lockdown and it languished along with 2 high end Pioneer 3 in 1 units and an earlier Sharp.

While the cassette and turntable are pedesrian, the radio features FM presets of the type found on TV's of the late 1970s. Tuning is by a small series of knobs on the side. Once tuned you press the apropriate buttons on the from panel.

For some reason, the screw that aligns the record/playback head snaps on these units. It's fiddly to replace. This is probably why you never see these units, they were all thrown away.
