I've not been doing as much as I would like over the past few months and can only do 1-3 hours 0on any day due to fatigue.

A recent hospital visit revealed good and bad…

They are concerned that the PSA is very high and about the rapid growth of the prostate.

MRI scans of the prostate a few weeks ago were clear, but the can miss up to 25%.

The surgery I had in May last year is likely OK, but probably left scarring etc.

I therefore have to go in for a biopsy and while in they are going to check for scarring.

They will let me know in 4-6 weeks when the biopsy is happening (about 2 weeks prior to the procedure). They will then decide on the next course of action.

So like Clarkson of Top Gear fame, get yourself tested and regularly. If there is anything of concern the doctors will deal with it quickly and it's no longer a death sentence. The earlier they pick anything up the better.
